Spike dog collars, are they right for your diva and what is their actual purpose?

Hi hi my baddies,

In today’s article we are going to go over an interesting and not commonly talked about item. Spiked dog collars.

Most people see spiked dog collars and assume that they are just for a grungy aesthetic and meant to make some dogs look tougher. But these collars can actually serve a purpose outside of just appearance.

Spike Dog Collars is a company that stresses the dual purpose of these collars:

  1. A bold look that makes a statement
  2. A genuine deterrent and protection system

They sell a range of collars that also come in a range of sizes.

They have both spiked and studded collars, for the audience who just wants the aesthetic and not necessarily all the spikes coming our of their dogs collar. As well as collars with bells, so that you can always hear your diva even if you can’t see them.

These collars are also meant for all sizes and breeds, not just your stereotypical larger breeds.

For smaller breed dogs a spiked collar can be useful for the wildlife threats your diva can unfortunately face due to their size.

Small breeds are seen as prey to large birds, small to medium breeds can be seen as prey to coyotes or other wild mammals.

Wildlife dangers are a very real threat to all of our divas. And these collars are meant to protect our divas most vulnerable and vital area, their neck.

These collars are also suitable for everyday wear, or can be used just for outdoor walks. Totally up to you and your diva.

So before you look at spiked collars and get deterred by their appearance, just remember that their is an actual function behind these collars. And the safety of our divas is worth anything.
